Carole Hofmann, Fondatrice et Présidente Carole Hofmann travaille dans les domaines de la gestion d'entreprise, du développement des affaires et du développement technologique. Elle a (co-) fondé et construit un nombre d'initiatives et d'entreprises. Elle a été associée dans un Family Office suisse, et avant cela, a travaillé pendant 13 ans dans l'espace ICT et a dirigé de grands projets dans le développement de logiciels et de plateformes en ligne dans l'industrie TMT et financière.
Carole Hofmann a étudié la psychologie (méthodes psychologiques / architecture de l'information) avec un mineur en informatique (intelligence artificielle) et détient un M. Sc de l'Université de Zurich, Suisse.
Lina Bee, Founder, Director Female Founders Lina Bee started her career in the field of impact investing where she gained several years of global experience in early stage investing, focusing on social entrepreneurship and emerging markets. She then joined a Startup accelerator in Switzerland that fosters disruptive and innovative digital businesses as Head of Corporate Venturing. Today she is responsible for strategic partnerships at Allianz Suisse and Co-founder of the Female Founders Initiative.
Lina Bee studied Business Administration with a minor in Macroeconomics in Winterthur and Madrid and holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
Mateja Kramar, Director Partner Relations Mateja is a business development executive, a high performance leader and an sustainability expert. She helps organizations transform through digitalization, innovation implementation, design thinking and regenerative leadership. Mateja Kramar is a serial entrepreneur, (co)founded several innovation driven companies globally within different industries.
Last years she is working on different projects at ETH Zurich (where she also teaches about innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability), at Microsoft as a sustainable development advisor and as a World Business Council for Sustainable Development (wbcsd) liaison.
Mateja Kramar holds a Masters degree in marketing and management from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana. Mateja Kramar is thrives at moving projects, ideas and people: from intention to action, from blah to do, from fear to dare, from ignorance to care and from fail to scale.
Miriam Dippe, Director Media Relations Miriam Dippe is communications consultant IRF Communications advising international clients in media relations, positioning, financial communication, transactions and corporate publishing. Prior to this consultancy work, she gained a wide range of practical experience in journalism, the communications industry and the political sphere with assignments in Germany, France and Switzerland – among other things at ARTE in the media relations as well as the editing department, the French parliament, various media and a Swiss communications agency covering strategic communication and branding concepts.
Miriam Dippe holds a master's degree in applied political science and a master's degree in international communication after having graduated in 2014 with a Franco-German double degree of University of Freiburg (Germany) and Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence (France).
Olga Larionova, Director Region Geneva Olga Larionova is a Corporate and International Business Lawyer with extensive experience in the United States, Switzerland, Russia and Mexico. She has been representing and advising companies in the areas of international corporate and commercial transactions, securities, contracts, intellectual property law, and assisted with US/Swiss tax issues.
Lilian Fuerst, Marketing & Administration Lilian Fuerst is an administration professional and assistant manager in business and finance. She has more than 15 years of professional experience as an executive assistant, 10 years professional experience in the field of online marketing, communication, and administration.
Lilian Fuerst has a Master's Degree in Economics and a commercial diploma with focus on international trade.
